This is a theme to be applied to CM7 (or other ROMs supporting T-Mobile's theme engine), changing almost entirely the look of your phone. If you're familiar with prash's and ctso's Mau5 overlays, this is a one-click install version of their work.
It is still *work in progress*: most graphics have been changed, but some additional effects are planned :) If your statusbar icons don't refresh, you may need a reboot to apply it fully.
